“SSE has been nothing short of a nightmare following a CoT. It will take months to receive corrected invoices, so we have to CHASE THEM for THEIR invoices. It truly boggles the brain; however, lately, we’re being chased by Advantis for debt-collecting purposes. However, Advantis called and told us SSE has issued all invoices & SOAs to Advantis, and even Advantis cannot locate this debt. SSE even refused an SOA to Advantis, yet we are still being chased for a figure no one can locate. We’re happy to pay; we just need the invoices that no one seems to find. Utterly poor from SSE, they even threw their hands up and told us to report to the Ombudsmen.“
