“I’ve been trying to resolve a disputed invoice for a few months now, and was being passed from department to department. I called this morning and was warmly greeted by Amina, who took the time to review all the details on the account, explain what had happened since the start of the account and follow up with an email with the statement of account. Although the dispute has yet to be fully resolved, we are a lot further and able to identify the issue, which for several months has been unclear. Excellent customer service and patience! Well done! Sarit“
