“Catastrophic customer service and internal processes as I have had to spend hours to no avail to simply send a lease agreement for the month and a half spent with them to prove I was not responsible for the charges of their previous customers (I still couldn’t, despite email instructions saying to; their final web chat agent told me that it was no longer necessary – like I believe that).
They sent me two invoices with two different account numbers, addressed to “Owner Occupier”, one for £4.8K! The other one was for over £2000 (These invoices were for one month and about 20 days of very low consumption).
I contacted them and sent the information in good faith; they sent the file to collections! They didn’t know it was for dual power. They didn’t know it was a business address. They still don’t seem to know the name of the previous “Owner Occupier”. I have had to explain the same story repeatedly to at least 11 or 12 different CS agents. I have lost HOURS on end. Avoid this company like the plague!“
