“I needed some information ASAP about my meter to pass on to an installer for a home EV Charger. It was outside normal helpdesk opening times when I needed the information i.e. 9 o’clock at night. I found details of the WhatsApp chat facilities from the EON contact us details.
My enquiry was responded to straight away by the very helpful Ameera, despite the fact my enquiry was not an emergency. The whole process took a total of 12 minutes, and the service is open until 10pm. Well done EON for making your customer service truly accessible.“
