“I contacted EDF Energy to discuss my options now that my three-year fixed energy deal was about to end. I spoke to one of their energy specialists, Karen. I explained that I had already viewed the options offered on my online account but had some issues with how EDF calculated my new payments.

Karen was very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation and explained everything in easy-to-understand detail, and with very little fuss fixed me up with a new plan that met my requirements and was affordable. I was very happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend EDF Energy.“
